What is TeamGPS?
This TeamGPS Session is a 7 week, action-oriented program designed to facilitate the growth of your independent FreeLife® business. TeamGPS is exciting, compelling, educational, motivating, and competitive. TeamGPS can also increase the number of personal and organizational enrollments, FreeLife points, as well as personal and organizational Directors. TeamGPS will accelerate growth, create momentum, and move your business to the next level. It will also leverage your time, create team focus, build relationships, and provide an opportunity for you to celebrate success.
What activities are taught during TeamGPS?
Activities and weekly Webinar trainings revolve around setting appointments, giving presentations, enrolling new Advantage Customers and Marketing Executives, and developing promising new Star Directors exercises that will help your businesses grow!
How do I organize a TeamGPS?
If you would like to participate in our Corporate Sponsored TeamGPS Session, go to www.freelife.com/teamgps during our registration period and enter in your FreeLife ID and Password. From there, you can start a team as a Team Leader or join someone else's team. See our latest downloadable document for the latest rules and questions and answers for further detail.
If you would like to start a Non-Corporate Sponsored TeamGPS Session, TeamGPS can be organized and run by virtually anyone. The information provided within this training material is designed to assist you in planning and carrying out a successful TeamGPS. There is more than one correct way for organizing and conducting a TeamGPS. It should, however, be organized and customized to meet your Organization's most pertinent needs. We do recommend that you follow the time-proven and successful guidelines given here.
Who is the Organizer?
The Organizer is the person responsible for hosting and organizing each TeamGPS. During the Corporate Sponsored TeamGPS Session's, FreeLife would be considered the Organizer.
Who is the Team Leader?
The Team Leader is the individual who has organized a team within each TeamGPS group and will lead them and report their efforts weekly.
Where should a TeamGPS be held?
For Corporate Sponsored TeamGPS Sessions, many Team Leaders will conduct their trainings and team gatherings via conference call once per week. For Non-Corporate Sponsored Sessions, TeamGPS should be held in locations that are conducive to group interaction. We recommend that smaller TeamGPS programs be held in a home. Medium to large TeamGPS groups can be held in small conference or meeting rooms, etc. We do not recommend that a lot of money be spent on the meeting location itself. The focus should be on the critical activities to grow your FreeLife business, not on the surrounding decor.
What type of prizes should be awarded at a TeamGPS?
The best prize that can be given is simple recognition. Recognition and a celebration for someone who achieves their goal is the very best type of award. If you so choose, other types of recognition can be given including business-building tools, ribbons, certificates, FreeLife products, or other prize types. Some Corporate Sponsored Sessions will include bonus money or prizes. Each session can have different recognition categories.
How many people can I have participating in my TeamGPS?
Generally, for Corporate Sponsored Sessions, FreeLife will allow 1 Team Leader and 5 other Participants in order to keep the teams consistent for recognition purposes. However, for TeamGPS Sessions conducted on your own, there is no specific number of Marketing Executives that you must have, nor is there a limit to the number of teams you can have participating at one time. We do recommend, however, that each team have between 6 to 10 Marketing Executives.
Who should participate in TeamGPS?
Anyone who is serious about building their FreeLife business should be involved in TeamGPS. It helps business builders focus on the critical business-building activities of developing a contact list, setting appointments, doing presentations, doing 48-Hour follow-ups, celebrating success, and developing personal Star Directors. These time-proven activities are the keys to building a successful FreeLife business.
Is there a Company-coordinated TeamGPS?
On occasion, FreeLife will conduct a Company-coordinated TeamGPS. This does not suggest that you should wait until the next Company-presented TeamGPS to organize or participate in one. If you want to move your business to the next level, organize or participate in a TeamGPS today.
How can TeamGPS help me grow my business?
TeamGPS can help you grow your business by creating a forum to learn and practice the critical business-building activities necessary to build a successful business. TeamGPS also allows you to team up with your personal enrollees to personally enroll and develop Star Directors... the keys to advancing your business to the next level.
